JE-H(St)H FE180/E30–E90
JE-H(St)H FE180/E30–E90 is a halogen-free, screened communication and fire signalisation cable designed for reliable signal transmission between electronic devices and within fire safety systems.
Featuring solid copper conductors, foil screening, FRNC insulation and a red outer sheath, the cable is intended for fixed installation in dry and damp indoor areas on certified carrier systems.
It provides FE180 fire resistance and E30–E90 circuit integrity when installed as part of an appropriately tested cable installation system in accordance with DIN 4102-12.
Construction
Solid Copper Conductors
Bare copper, Class 1 solid conductors, with a nominal conductor diameter of 0.8 mm.
FRNC Core Insulation
Fire-resistant, halogen-free FRNC insulation compound, type HI1.
Paired Core Arrangement
Cores twisted into pairs. Four pairs are laid into sub-units, with sub-units stranded in layers. Two-pair versions are stranded as a star-quad.
Foil Screen & Drain Wire
Foil screening with an integrated drain wire for screened signal cable construction.
Outer Sheath
Halogen-free, flame-retardant FRNC compound, type HM2, with red outer sheath.
Core Identification
Colour-coded conductors according to VDE 0815. The cable is intended for fire signalisation systems.
