NYCY is a 0.6/1 kV copper power cable with PVC insulation and a concentric copper conductor, designed for fixed installations in industrial plants, commercial buildings, utility networks, and infrastructure projects. The concentric conductor provides an integrated protective earth (PE) and neutral function, making NYCY ideal where enhanced electrical safety and fault current protection are required.
Suitable for installation indoors, outdoors, in cable ducts, underground (with additional protection), and in concrete.
NYCY Copper Power Cable with Concentric Conductor
NYCY is a 0.6/1 kV power cable with copper conductors, PVC insulation, a concentric copper conductor and PVC outer sheath.
Designed for fixed power distribution installations where the concentric copper conductor can be used as a protective, neutral or combined protective and neutral conductor, depending on the installation design and applicable requirements.

Additional NYCY conductor configurations and cross-sections are available on request. Contact UNIMA CABLE with the required size, quantity and delivery location.
The value after “/” indicates the cross-section of the concentric copper conductor. Outer diameters and weights are approximate. Current ratings depend on installation conditions and applicable correction factors. Technical values should be confirmed for the selected cable configuration before final project design.
