Metal-free indoor/outdoor fibre optic cable featuring gel-filled loose tubes, glass yarn reinforcement and a black low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) outer sheath. Available with singlemode and multimode optical fibres.

Product Overview

U-DQ(ZN)BH 250 is a metal-free fibre optic data cable developed for internal and external communication installations.

The cable is suitable for installation in empty conduits outdoors and for free installation indoors. Optical fibres are arranged in loose tubes filled with thixotropic compound.

Glass yarns provide non-metallic reinforcement. Multi-loose-tube constructions additionally feature a central fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP) strength member and dry water-blocking materials.

The black LSZH outer sheath supports low-smoke, halogen-free cable construction. Available fibre types include G.652D, G.657A1, OM1, OM2, OM3 and OM4.
